Services include:
- Reviewing and developing risk management procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation
- Developing and testing Emergency, Business Continuity and Kidnap and Ransom plans
- Training staff in security procedures and Emergency and Business Continuity Planning
- Developing security system specifications and managing any installations along with the supplier
- Acting as the client’s security advisors or representatives in negotiations with external security providers to ensure systems or other services meet the needs of the company
- Liaising with the police, other security agencies and government bodies on behalf of the client as required
- Offering on call advice in the event of a security incident or threat
- Providing counter Kidnap and Ransom services for “at risk staff” and their families
